1. About OnDaBooth
OnDaBooth™ is a live performance series owned and operated by Theme Team Group Limited (Birmingham, UK). By applying to feature, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Content and Filming
By participating in an OnDaBooth™ session you consent to being filmed in full 360 degrees. The resulting content — including video, audio, and all associated footage — becomes the property of Theme Team Group Limited and may be published, distributed, and used across all OnDaBooth™ platforms and channels including but not limited to the OnDaBooth™ website, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and any future platforms, without further consent or compensation.
3. Music Rights
You confirm that you own or have the appropriate licences and permissions for any music you perform on the booth. You accept full responsibility for any third-party claims relating to the music performed. Theme Team Group Limited accepts no liability for any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from your performance.
4. Licence Grant
By participating, you grant Theme Team Group Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and performance in connection with OnDaBooth™ content for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes.
5. Credit
OnDaBooth™ will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the performing artist in published content. However, we reserve the right to publish content without credit where technically or editorially appropriate.
6. Artist Nominations
By nominating other artists you confirm you have their permission to do so or understand that OnDaBooth™ may contact them independently. Nominations do not guarantee a feature.
7. Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee a feature on OnDaBooth™. All selections are made at the sole discretion of Theme Team Group Limited. We will contact selected artists directly.
8. Conduct
Artists are expected to conduct themselves professionally during sessions. OnDaBooth™ reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that is deemed offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of the brand.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
